Intermediate Plus consist of enhancing your Intermediate skills with speed, core
strength conditioning and Dynamic Poses as you climb and hold your weight at the
top of the pole. This class will prepare you for the ultimate advanced vertical level.  
This class will increase upper body strength, abs and quads. This class will enable
you to completely hold your body weight and pull up on the pole.
